Refund and Return Policy for Candy Cosmetic

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds for products under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required to process your return or refund.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Makeup products that have been opened or used.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Custom or personalized products.

3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@candycossmetic.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Packaging: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, and attach the RA Number.
  4. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or was sent incorrectly by us.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund according to the following:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item has been received.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will cover the full purchase price of the product, excluding the shipping charges (unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@candycossmetic.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Standard return and shipping policies apply.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you may return the product following the guidelines outlined above.
